Happy New Year! How have you been? So much to tell you! So exciting! Where to begin? First of all you still have a few days left to visit Winter Blues before it comes down on Monday. Or if you canÕt be bothered to go out in the cold, weÕve made it easy for you to see the work online here. But we think you should actually go to The Egg, itÕs always warm in there. Excitingly @TheEggCafe are now on twitter too. Follow them and they will keep you regularly updated about the soup and what not. Next up at The Egg we have Wonky Canvas. Lots of wonkiness: Wonky art, wonky walls, wonky display. Come and join us at the private view next Thursday (24th January 2013 between 7:00pm – 8:30pm), have a drink and meet with the artists. WeÕre pleased to announce that we are also once again very much involved in organising some of the visual arts for this yearÕs Threshold Festival (LiverpoolÕs biggest and best grass roots, multi arts festival across the Baltic Triangle). Weekend tickets are currently on sale at the special price of £15! Also click here to see the first acts that have been announced to play at the Festival, including Liverpool based award winning Americana artist Rob Vincent. But I digress, and what about the visual art? Well, the theme of this yearÕs Threshold Festival is Escapism, Transformation & Collaboration and this will be spread out over the three days as follows: Friday – Escapism Saturday – Transformation Sunday – Collaboration And here are three opportunities for you to create some new artwork and be a part of it all.
